Karie Willyerd, Chief Customer Strategy Officer, LTG

Karie Willyerd is the chief customer strategy officer for GP Strategies and Learning Technologies Group and a fractional chief learning officer (CLO) in residence for Skillable and Uplimit. A six-time chief learning/talent officer, she’s the only CLO to lead two organizations to ATD’s top global ranking. Karie previously led SAP’s global customer education after cofounding Jambok, a video-based learning platform acquired by SAP. She has served as CLO at Visa and Sun Microsystems and in talent roles at Solectron, Heinz and Lockheed Martin. Coauthor of “The 2020 Workplace” and “Stretch,” Karie’s work appears in Harvard Business Review, Forbes and more. An ATD honoree and advisor for Ezra Coaching, she also serves on the advisory board for CSU’s business school and is a ’24-’25 fellow at Harvard’s Learning Innovation Lab (LILA).

Akash Savdharia, Vice President of Talent Solutions, Bridge

Akash Savdharia is an entrepreneurial technology executive with over 10 years of experience bringing software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to market that solve impactful data-driven problems. Prior to joining Bridge, Akash cofounded and led Patheer, an AI-powered talent marketplace. There, he shaped the company’s vision and products, transforming the enterprise talent and career mobility space. In September 2020, Patheer was acquired by Learning Technologies Group to enhance its product and technology capabilities in the rapidly growing market. At Bridge, Akash is the vice president of talent solutions, and continues to drive the vision, growth and strategy for skills and talent mobility.
