Traditional learning approaches often fall short in measuring real performance impact. Learning and development (L&D) leaders play a critical role in driving organizational change — but how can you ensure your initiatives create meaningful, lasting results? Behavioral science offers a breakthrough method to transform learning into a strategic driver of workforce transformation.

During this talk, Atana Chairman and CEO John Hansen will share how behavioral science-backed learning equips L&D professionals to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track tangible behavior change.

This interactive session will provide practical takeaways on:

  • Using behavioral insights to drive culture change and workplace transformation.
  • Measuring learning effectiveness with advanced analytics tied to organizational goals.
  • Aligning learning strategies with critical business objectives to demonstrate strategic value.
  • Harnessing behavioral science to enhance the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
