Vivek Ravichandran is a strategic executive with more than 15 years of global experience, including over 13 years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Vivek is recognized for building futuristic, AI-powered ecosystems and his efforts on the future of work. He has led large-scale HR and workplace transformations impacting over 55,000 employees and has overseen initiatives across learning, talent management, employee experience and HR tech.

Vivek has successfully built and mentored globally distributed, multicultural teams and is known for his ability to merge technological innovation with human-centric design to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Vivek holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Madras School of Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering. He is also certified in advanced design thinking from INSEAD. In addition, he is the named inventor on a patented HR impact assessment system.
