The New Leadership Development Playbook: Say Less — Do More
Great leadership isn’t developed through PowerPoint. It’s forged through real-world experience where learning is emotional, engaging and applied. This session explores how experiential learning transforms leadership development, creating high-impact experiences that drive measurable behavior change, foster deeper self-awareness and deliver lasting results on the job. This isn’t just a webinar, it’s a wake-up call.
Senior consultant, Sarah Osteen, will share Impact’s 45 years of leadership development expertise, honed from working with global brands like Google, JP Morgan Chase and Johnson & Johnson. You’ll discover how a blended mix of theory, challenge, reflection and real-world simulation guarantees measurable return on investment and behavioral change.
This dynamic session will provide key insights on:
- Designing leadership programs that develop immediately transferable skills
- Using real-world simulations to boost engagement and application
- Crafting human-centric learning journeys tailored to your culture and goals
- Sustaining impact and behavior change long-after the program has completed
