Luke Owings, VP of Product, Abilitie After falling in love with education at business school, Luke Owings has built his career around developing others through the power of hands-on learning. An expert in team building, leadership development and people operations, Luke is vice president of product at Abilitie, where he leverages his deep expertise in designing and developing learning journeys for professional learners across industries. Before joining Abilitie, Luke was with McKinsey & Company and the Fullbridge Program.

Andy Rosenberg, Director of Learning Programs, Abilitie Andy Rosenberg is director of learning programs at Abilitie, where he leverages over 14 years of talent development experience to design and deliver experiential, cohort-based leadership simulations for global clients. Passionate about making learning stick, he leads initiatives that combine peer accountability, manager coaching and AI-powered case simulations to drive real behavior change. Previously, he held senior learning and development roles at companies including CoStar Group. Marriott International and The Advisory Board Company, where he specialized in creating scalable and impactful leader development programs.
