Westlake, Texas – July 22, 2025 — Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company, today announced $1.95 million in immediate cash grants from the Pluralsight One Fund, a corporate advised fund managed by Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

These grants, in addition to more than 25,000 donated Pluralsight licenses, support organizations that are delivering inclusive, skills-based training programs to underrepresented communities, accelerating access to technology careers, and closing the digital divide. The grantees selected for 2025 were chosen for their innovative models, measurable impact, and alignment with Pluralsight One’s mission to democratize technology skills.

“We’re proud to partner with organizations doing bold work to remove barriers and expand access to careers in technology,” said Erin Gajdalo, Executive Director of Pluralsight One. “Our grantees are changemakers who are increasing opportunity, creating inclusive pathways, and helping individuals across communities realize their potential through tech.”

“LaunchCode is thrilled to get the opportunity to continue growing our partnership with Pluralsight and finding new ways to leave an even bigger impact on the communities we serve together,” said Kevin Kickham, LaunchCode’s VP of Donor Relations. “Our partnership is making an impact on hundreds of community members who are seeking financial stability and upward career momentum through jobs in the tech industry.”

“i.c.stars’ tech and leadership training is made even stronger through our partnership with Pluralsight,” said Karin Norington-Reaves, CEO of i.c.stars. “By integrating Pluralsight’s platform into our project-based learning model, we equip our learners with in-demand skills and make them even more attractive to employers—many of whom already rely on Pluralsight for their own teams’ development.”
